Family history: Two sons, Terry J. Jr., and Wayne A.. One daughter; Lynne M.,
Four Grandchildren Ryan, Cody, Kayla and Amanda. Two in college two going
in the fall.
Achievements and Occupational
History: After high school, I worked for Hibernia Bank for a time. Started a family, was lucky to stay home to
raise them. Went back to work in 1972 at J.C. Penney Co.
Lakeside Metairie in many office capacities. Operated the cash room
for many years, and then went to bookkeeping department. for a few more years. Later
went to the sales floor and retired after 25 years with the company.
Fortier Reunions attended: All but two.
Other personal comments: I enjoyed reading, sewing,
quilting and gardening. I used to enjoy cooking, not so much any more. We have traveled
through much of the U.S. and a cruise to Europe and Alaska.
We also enjoyed two trips to different parts of Canada. We
also like getting together with some life long friends from high school, and
lot's of other activities. That's all for now folks.
